Want to register for SPPI 2025? This is the selection mechanism and complete requirements
Jakarta (ANTARA) – The Indonesian Ministry of Defense (Kemenhan) is once again opening up job vacancies for D4 to Masters graduates through the Batch 3 Indonesian Development Driving Undergraduate Selection (SPPI) which will be held in the 2025 fiscal year.
This program aims to produce future leaders who not only excel academically, but also have high dedication to bringing about real change.
Through the SPPI program, participants will be provided with innovative training and skills to face various challenges of sustainable development, while supporting the achievement of the vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045.
In this year’s SPPI selection, participants who successfully pass will be appointed as state civil servants (ASN) and placed at the National Nutrition Agency with responsibility as Head of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG).
This position will play a strategic role in designing and implementing programs to fulfill community nutrition, as well as supporting efforts to continuously improve the quality of national health.

So, when does SPPI selection registration open? And what conditions must be met to take part in this program? The following is a complete explanation.
SPPI 2025 selection mechanism
Based on information from the official SPPI website, the SPPI Batch 3 selection mechanism for the 2025 fiscal year includes several stages, starting from registration, announcing selection results, carrying out tests, to training. Following are the detailed schedule.
• Registration on line: 27 December 2024 – 15 March 2025
• Announcement of administrative selection results: March 20 2025
• Test implementation: 5 April 2025 (psychological testmedical tests, interviews and more)
• Basic military training: 5 May – 3 July 2025
• Managerial Training: 4 July – 4 August 2025

SPPI Batch 3 selection requirements
- Indonesian citizens.
- Maximum age 30 years.
- Have completed D-4/S-1 or S-2 education from all majors.
- The diploma received is a diploma from a tertiary institution accredited by the Ministry of Education and Technology, or a diploma from a foreign university that has received equivalency from the Ministry of Education and Technology’s Overseas Diploma Assessment Committee.
- Never been sentenced to prison through a court decision that has permanent legal force for a criminal offense.
- Never been dishonorably dismissed or honorably dismissed not at your own request as a CPNS/PNS, member of the TNI/POLRI, BUMN/BUMD employee, or because of violations/punishments while working in the private sector.
- Physically and spiritually healthy, proven by a health certificate, free from drugs and illegal drugs from a government hospital of at least type C.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
- For female participants, they must not be pregnant during the selection process until the first year of placement.
- Married participants must have consent from their partner (husband/wife).
- Not currently bound by an official or work agreement with a government or private agency.
- Participants who work must include a letter of permission from the agency where they work, and be willing to end their employment relationship if they pass the selection.

Documents that need to be prepared and uploaded via the recruitment application
- Application letter addressed to Dear. Head of BGN RI, Ub Head of SPPI Batch 3 Recruitment in Jakarta.
- Scanned copy of KTP and Family Card.
- Passport photo with a white background.
- Scanned copies of diplomas and grade transcripts/GPA.
- Scanned copy of course or training certificates attended (if any).
- Police Record Certificate (SKCK).
- Certificate of physical and mental health, including from a psychiatrist, issued by the hospital.
- Drug free certificate.
- BPJS card that is still active and has no arrears.
- NPWP card.
- Declaration Form that has been signed on a stamp of IDR 10,000, according to the format provided.
