How much is the wealth of the Deputy Governor of East Java, Luluk Nur Hamidah? here are the details

Jakarta (ANTARA) – Member of the People’s Representative Council (DPR) Luluk Nur Hamidah is currently running for the East Java Regional Election. He was nominated by the National Awakening Party (PKB) as a Governor Candidate paired with Lukmanul Khakim as his deputy in the 2024 East Java Regional Election.

As part of her obligations to become a candidate for public office, Luluk Nur Hamidah has submitted a State Administrator’s Wealth Report (LHKPN).

LHKPN or State Officials’ Wealth Report is a report that must be submitted by state officials regarding the assets they own when they first take office, transfers, promotions and retirement.

Another obligation that accompanies the LHKPN is declaring assets and being willing to carry out an inspection of assets. The obligation to submit LHKPN for state officials is part of the KPK’s efforts to prevent criminal acts of corruption.

Referring to the State Administrator’s Wealth Report (LHKPN) submitted by Luluk Nur Hamidah on March 7 2024 for the 2023 period, her total assets were recorded at IDR 6.1 billion. This wealth is divided into a number of different types of assets. Most of the wealth is in the form of land and buildings, here are the details:

A. Land and buildings

Total: IDR 3,908,275,000

• Land and Buildings covering an area of ​​100 m² / 80 m² in Surakarta City, own proceeds: Rp. 800,000,000
• Land and Buildings covering an area of ​​45 m² / 150 m² in Surakarta City, own proceeds: Rp. 750,000,000
• Land covering an area of ​​1,733 m² in Sragen Regency, own proceeds: Rp. 433,250,000
• Land covering an area of ​​1,378 m² in Sragen Regency, own proceeds: Rp. 413,000,000
• 1,700 m² land in Karanganyar Regency, own proceeds: IDR 400,000,000
• Land covering an area of ​​5,105 m² in Boyolali Regency, own proceeds: Rp. 536,025,000
• Land covering an area of ​​1,440 m² in Semarang City, own proceeds: IDR 576,000,000

B. Transportation equipment and machines

Total: Rp. 465,000,000

• 2019 Honda CR-V SUV, own proceeds: IDR 465,000,000

C. Other movable assets: Rp. 1,190,895,400

D. Cash and cash equivalents: Rp911,362,594

Sub total assets: Rp. 6,475,532,994

Debt: IDR 300,000,000

Thus, the total wealth reported by Luluk Nur Hamidah after deducting debts (assets – debts) is equal to Rp. 6,175,532,994 which includes various types of assets ranging from land and buildings, securities to vehicles and cash.
