Records of the assets of the Deputy Governor of West Java, Erwan Setiawan according to LHKPN

Jakarta (ANTARA) – Erwan Setiawan has officially run as a candidate for Deputy Governor of West Java in the 2024 regional elections.

Erwan Setiawan has long experience as a public official. Before he ran for Deputy Governor of West Java, his career in politics was quite brilliant. He served as Chairman of the Bandung City DPRD for the 2009-2014 period and also served as Deputy Regent of Sumedang in 2018-2023.

With this experience, Erwan Setiawan is known as a figure who has a deep understanding of regional governance. His solid political career makes him one of the candidates to be taken into account in the 2024 West Java regional elections, as deputy governor.

After officially becoming a candidate for deputy governor, the former Deputy Regent of Sumedang has also attracted public attention, after he reported his personal assets to the Corruption Eradication Committee in the State Administrators’ Wealth Report (LHKPN).

Based on LHKPN data reported by Erwan Setiawan on August 28 2024, it is known that he has total net assets IDR 22,736,849,123.

The following are details of the assets of the candidate for Deputy Governor of West Java, Erwan Setiawan, according to records from LHKPN.

Erwan Setiawan’s wealth

1. Land and buildings

Based on the State Administrator’s Wealth Report (LHKPN) which he reported, Erwan Setiawan was recorded as having assets in the form of land and buildings with a value of up to Rp. 20,250,000,000. These assets include:

• A plot of land and building measuring 200 m2/200 m2 in Bandung Regency/City, which was obtained through a grant without a deed, worth IDR 3,000,000,000.

• A plot of land and buildings covering an area of ​​1655 m2/978 m2 in Sumedang Regency/City, obtained through a grant without a deed, worth IDR 9,250,000,000.

• A plot of land and buildings covering an area of ​​390 m2/390 m2 in Bandung Regency/City, obtained through a grant without a deed, worth IDR 6,000,000,000.

• A plot of land and building covering an area of ​​328 m2/328 m2 in Cimahi Regency/City, obtained from personal income, worth IDR 2,000,000,000.

2. Transportation equipment and machines

The total assets owned by Erwan Setiawan from transportation equipment and machinery, is worth Rp. 605,000,000including:

• Toyota Land Cruiser 20047 4WD AT car produced in 2007, obtained from his own profits, worth IDR 350,000,000.

• 2011 Toyota Fortuner 2.7 G Lux AT, obtained from personal income, worth IDR 200,000,000.

• Yamaha N-Max 2 DP motorbike in 2015, obtained from his own profits, worth IDR 15,000,000.

• 2017 Yamaha BG6 A/T motorbike, obtained from his own profits, worth IDR 40,000,000.

3. Other movable assets

In his notes in the other movable assets section, the assets owned by Erwan Setiawan are worth IDR 1,970,000,000.

4. Securities: No records reported.

5. Cash and cash equivalents

In his report on adjustments to cash and cash equivalents, Erwan Setiawan has assets worth Rp. 11,849,123.

7. Debt

Erwan Setiawan, recorded in his report that he has a number of debts, amounting to Rp. 100,000,000.

Erwan Setiawan has recorded a number of debts in his report at LHKPN. So, since the report was received, his total net assets have reached IDR 22,736,849,123 (twenty-two billion seven hundred thirty-six million eight hundred forty-nine thousand one hundred twenty-three rupiah).
